
Case Study![]() THE INSTITUTE FOR FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE Because of the scope of the project and the numerous goals it had to accomplish, the Galaxy Bright team began by consulting extensively with IFM representatives to forge a consensus on the overall vision and underlying priorities for the website. A strategic brand was created that reflects IFM’s core values of “Information, Inspiration, Integration.” That brand was then implemented across all aspects of the customized web solution, including the Member Forum and online commerce applications for products and event registration. Standards were established so that future additions and expansions can easily reflect the same consistent image. As a result of the new website, member enrollment has increased and event registrations are up.
